It is a frightening fact that increasing numbers of people worldwide are gaining weight but worse still is the number of children that have just started school that are falling into the obese category. Although there are many ways to lose weight, some still choose the 'easy' option and have it removed surgically although the healthy option is to take regular exercise and employ a healthy diet. Impatience to see results usually means that overweight people will frequently resort to using weight loss drugs to achieve that fast result they crave.



These drugs work in a variety of ways but mainly they try to fool the brain into thinking the stomach is full and increase the person's metabolism. Unfortunately for the manufacturers, it was found that incidents of heart valve disease were connected to the use of the weight control pills which were rapidly removed from the shelves. Since then newer drugs have been developed and doctors continue to prescribe them although they are still awaiting FDA certification.

The chances are that if you asked enough people around you then someone will say they have used them as well and been happy with the results. This is obviously a very tempting prospect, to lose weight whilst keeping your diet the same. Many millions of dollars are spent each year in The United States alone whilst the drug manufacturers spend huge sums on further research into weight loss drugs.

Even with all the testing and new techniques available for manufacturers, many side effects like nausea and diarrhea still exist with the new generation of weight control pills which, incidentally, can still be purchased over the counter. Other harmful side effects such as tightness in the chest and urinary tract problems and fatal such as a stroke and an overdose of the diet pills can cause tremors, confusion, hallucinations, shallow breathing, renal failure even heart attack and convulsions.

It is always a good idea to see you doctor first before you take any course of For instance it is not uncommon for people taking weight control pills to experience other side effects like sleep problems, tiredness, mood swings, stomach problems and more.

Whilst the effectiveness of these weight loss drugs is not in question, they tend to improve if they are used with a controlled diet and exercise regime. A diet that is full of foods from the more beneficial groups such as oats, rice, cereals, potatoes, vegetables and fruits which contain a good supply of vitamins, minerals and essential fiber.

Its me again ,I'm going to talk to you today about your digestion,and I'm not sorry for it,there are more health problems related to the way the body digests and absorbs food than anything else. Have you ever thought about your bodies digestion ? if not then its really time you started to have a look at this and do your body a favour.

To break down the food in the correct way you need to chew the food until it becomes liquid ,acid produced in the stomach and enzymes released by the saliva and the pancreas makes it possible to break the food molecules down.most people are in a hurry to eat and they don't chew there food properly and then are prone to putting on weight.

When I'm preparing a meal i will always include raw fat burning foods they have there own enzymes and this will help your digestive system and i will have some cooked and non cooked food.

An excellent gut diet is fibre-rich with plenty of water,if your having to much processed sugar,refined foods,red meat,dairy products and processed foods which we are all guilty of then you will weaken the digestion and invite excess yeast and unfriendly bacteria to make themselves at home in your gut, which is not helpful for weight loss.

Its is vital that you keep your blood sugar levels balanced ,if you don't then everyday you will be prone to the highs and lows of the sugar rushes ,there are many health related problems big and small that can be traced to a blood sugar imbalance caused by food choices. All through the day your body requires a steady supply of glucose in the bloodstream for mental and physical energy.when we eat fat burning foods such as fruits and vegetables,beans,pulses and whole -grains, they release glucose into the bloodstream at a nice steady rate.

You will definitely put on weight if you are living on sugar its like a drug and you will always want more,chocolate,biscuits,cakes,fizzy drinks ,sweets or white pasta/rice/bread these foods are really bad for you if you are constantly eating them,they break down very quickly and then you get a rapid rise in sugar ,followed by as drop in blood sugar (hypoglycemia).

When i was eating all the food that is not good for you i couldn't work out what was wrong with me ,i felt confused ,energy slumps in the afternoon,tired ,shaky and i always wanted more sugar,when you are living like this you will be more susceptible to heart disease and type 2 diabetes and of course you will put weight on.

This information can sound complicated ,but its a very easy solution,by eating the right fat burning foods you will notice a difference immediately,eating breakfast in the morning is vital and also avoid refined or sugary foods,caffeine and alcohol by making these changes you will start to feel great.
