Natural antioxidants help in controlling the amount of free radicals present in our body. When left to their own devices, these free radicals can cause cells to age and multiply uncontrollably and hence cause cancer, diabetes and other degenerative diseases. Resveratrol helps in enhancing the cardiovascular health.

Prevention is always better than cure. When there is a disease caused in the body, then the complete system goes for a toss. Hence, it's better to prevent a problem rather than trying to cure it. Nutrients like resveratrol help in preventing cellular degeneration and consequently diseases like cancer and other problems.
