Diners can expect a different and refreshing style of cooking from Chef Lino, who brings his 25 years of culinary experience to the fore. With secret authentic recipes, he will tantalise your palate with the luscious taste and rustic ambience of Sicily. Lino’s ingredients are flown-in almost daily from the Mediterranean Sea, so expect the same fish that you will eat by the sea in the golf of Sorrento or on one of the Sicilian islands.
The Burrata cheese is imported directly from Andria in Puglia. There, Giovanni, the owner of a small family farm, has created a unique blend of milk to achieve a special texture for the cheese, exclusively for Gattopardo.
Lino’s pizzas are baked in a Neapolitan wood fired oven using only Italian products such as “00” flour and “San Marzano” tomatoes to lend an authentic flavour. The dough is made fresh daily, resulting in a delicious texture and is topped with both traditional and unconventional ingredients.
Guests can enjoy their pizza at the counter and interact with the chef at the same time. They can also choose their favorite seafood from the display and select their preferred cooking method - be it raw carpaccio style (at Gattopardo we call it Sicilian Sashimi!) or simply deliciously charcoal-grilled.
