Counting the seconds  watching the world come crashing down  i knew all along  this can't last forever  it takes just a moment then it's gone    i'm lost in better days  i thought the past would never change  something has changed  and now i have to  watch you from my  rear-view mirror as i drive away    now that it's over  i can admit that i am scared  so unprepared  and so unfamiliar  everything is vanishing into thin air  i'm twisting and turning and burning    it's my armeggadon  my own personal ending of all things  driving through ashes of romance and memories  that used to mean the world to me
