Noorbetty's Blog

Betty has been in the fitness and health industry since the 90’s. She began her foray into Pilates in 2000. Trained under several Master Trainers in the USA, she has multiple certifications under her belt.

Throughout the years, Betty has gained extensive experience working with clients of varying fitness levels from rehabilitation to athletic enhancements and general well-being. Passionate about her work and always on a quest for knowledge, she is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Sports Science degree with Edith Cowan University, Australia. It is her belief that this will enhance her, as well as complement her approach towards teaching.

On a personal level she loves dragon boat racing, running and cycling. To unwind, she enjoys going to the movies, theatre as well as Latin dancing.

Betty embraces the following Joseph H. Pilates philosophy in her training approach:

"The acquirement and enjoyment of physical well-being, mental calm, and spiritual peace are priceless to their possessors…"
- Joseph H. Pilates, Return To Life through Contrology
