In some relationships and marriages, one of the partners may stray from the relationship and may cheat on the other person. Research shows that men are more likely to cheat than women but there has been an increase in the number of women who cheat on their partners. It is sometimes hard to tell if your wife is seeing someone else and sometimes people mistakenly accuse their spouse of cheating. There are ways, however, that if you suspect that you have a cheating wife that you can catch her.



The signs of infidelity differ from situation to situation but in most cases there are some common traits across the board. The biggest sign of infidelity is a sudden change in behaviour and by this we mean a drastic change. For example, does your wife hate night clubs and then suddenly she begins going out to clubs with her friends on a regular basis and always finds excuses to go out to the same place? This is a sign that something may be going on. However, this is not a definite indication that your wife is cheating, but it may make you question her.

If you do suspect that you wife is cheating then you might want to start monitoring her behaviour and where she goes. You can do this yourself or you may hire someone else to do it. This may seem like something you see in the movies but there are people out there who are qualified and who have the resources to follow your wife and report back to you on where she has been and what she has been doing. However, if your wife is not cheating and she finds out that you have had her followed then you might be risking ruining your relationship. It might be hard to explain to your wife that you suspect her of cheating and therefore had her followed.

You can also start making notes of changes in your wife behaviour. Keep a journal of her reported activities. This is a great way to notice anything that might seem off or something that might stand out. You can also monitoring incoming and outgoing calls. Is your wife receiving or making calls late at night and trying to hide it from you? If you suspect that you wife is cheating in your own home then you can plan unexpected visits during the date, for example you can start coming home for lunch without notifying her in advance. You may also want to start ending your work day early and coming home early. If you suspect that your wife is cheating with someone from the work place then you can make unexpected visits to work as well. However if you do this then you must have an excuse or reason to be there if this is something that you have never done before.

Monitoring your wife spending habits is another good way to find out if she is cheating. For example, if your wife starts shopping or eating in unusual places on a regular basis then you might want to question what is going on. It is important that you do so in a non-accusing way as there may be a chance that you are wrong and wrongfully accusing your wife of cheating is not going to strengthen your relationship.
