Dandruff is the most common disorder affecting the scalp. The skin is constantly renewing itself and the dead cells of the scalp that fall in the form of new cells. Garlic and oil of oregano are also excellent for fighting dandruff. The juice of snake gourd has been found beneficial in the prevention and treatment of dandruff. The juice should be rubbed over the scalp for this purpose. Beets have been found useful in dandruff.
