Develop A Positive Attitude

Losing weight, particularly belly fat, has as much to do with having a positive attitude as it does with making lifestyle changes. Obesity is a serious problem in the United States: 3.8 million people are over 300 pounds, over 400,000 people (mostly males) carry over 400 pounds and the average adult female weighs an unprecedented 163 pounds!



No matter what your reasons are for wanting to lose weight, especially unsightly, unattractive belly fat, there are some basic lifestyle changes you must make that work incredibly well for burning body fat, especially stomach fat, in a short amount of time.

Please keep in mind,there is always a certain amount of risk when starting a weight loss program. You should definitely talk with your physician before beginning any new diet or exercise routine, especially if you have existing health problems.

First and foremost, you can never, ever say enough about how important it is to maintain a positive attitude while you attempt to lose weight. You need to be particularly aware of "self talk": the statements you say to yourself especially when you're discouraged or having some setbacks. Statements such as "I can't do this" or "This is too hard for me" or "I can't seem to catch a break" are all self-sabotaging statements!

Do whatever you must to maintain a positive attitude! No matter how challenging your weight loss goals are, if you think you can do it, YOU WILL!

Focus on eating lean proteins, veggies, beans/legumes and "good" fats. By eating small balanced meals containing protein, fresh or frozen vegetables, beans/legumes, and healthy fats several times per day, you can lose belly fat fast yet maintain a high energy level.

2. Don't eat ANYTHING made with refined flour and/or refined sugars, foods such as white rice,white potatoes, breads, cereals, pastas. Don't include these foods in your diet at all! Don't eat fried foods! avoid all non-diet sodas/soft drinks and candies and severely limit your alcohol intake. Alcohol slows down your body's metabolism because of the excess stress they put on the liver.

3.Don't kill yourself in the gym! Do shorter, more intense workouts 3 to 4 times a week to loose belly fat fast. Most people fail in their quest to loose belly fat because they do the wrong types of exercises, they get very little results, and then they get discouraged and quit.You're going to burn more belly fat in less time by focusing on shorter, higher-intensity workout sessions that incorporate both strength/weight training and cardio/aerobic training.

Incorporating these tested and true suggestions while maintaining a positive attitude will certainly help you to loose belly fat fast.Always remember...no matter what challenges you face, NEVER GIVE UP!

Colors, shapes, orientation, lighting, objects and their positions, the use of space, and the degree of cleanliness, all impact collectively upon our senses and determine a home's energy flow.

This flow affects us continually and affects our moods. You spend most of your life in your home and workplace and your surroundings significantly influence your Chi and moods so you want them to have a positive impact.

Feng Shui makes our houses and our workspace generate positive energy, which then attracts more positive energy to enrich our lives for the better.

When you Feng Shui a home or a work place, you’re making a statement of what you want from your life.

Whenever you say the words “I am," you are making a statement about who you are at an exact moment in time.

When you make statements such as “I am broke" or “I am tired" you are in effect telling the universe about your mood and your condition. When you say you’re sick and tireduniverse about your mood and your condition. When you say you’re sick and tired, you probably will be Sick and tired.

Statements like “what you think about, you bring about," and “what you do comes back to you." underline what Feng shui is all about.

Instead of being negative Feng Shui focuses on the positive “I am feeling great", “I am in good health", “I am rich" or “I am happy."

These statements are mood lifting and create an ideal, which be different to whom you are at the moment.
