I truly believe that you cannot have an abundance of success without an abundance of the self-esteem. Sure you can have a little of one without the other, but who on earth wants that? So if you are looking to give your self-esteem a boost and start heading for success this article is to help get you on your way.



Get To Know and Like Yourself.

I know this probably appears a bit silly to you at first but do you really know and like yourself? Ask yourself these questions and write down the answers, but without thinking about it for too long. Write a list of between 5 and 10 things that you really like about yourself. Quickly, no thinking, do not cheat. What is your usual immediate reaction when asked to do something that you have never done before? If you are paid a compliment do you normally accept it or do you deflect or dismiss it, how do you react? Is there anything about the way you live that you do not tell others about, maybe something you are afraid that they may find out about you one day?

More difficult that you thought? Then maybe you do not know or like yourself as much as you believed you did, your self-esteem level may be lower than you thought. I obviously cannot try and analyze your answers here but I hope that if they were not quite as you expected that you will be brave enough to do something about them.

This next part is going to seem like magic and you will thank me for introducing you to it for the rest of your days, so are you ready, I mean really ready - good. Lets write another list, a nice one this time and you can take as long as you like over writing it. Just make it a list of everything that you like about yourself no matter how trivial it may appear. Write it down, and when you have finished you are going to pin it up somewhere where you will see it everyday. Plus, as a bonus you can add to the list at any time you want, and I guarantee you that you will want to add and add and add to it as the days go by.

By reading your very own Self-esteem Success Poster several times a day you will give yourself a tremendous boost and before you know it you will be liking yourself so much that you wont be able to stop smiling when you see yourself in a mirror. Wow, that was so powerful but so simple wasn't it.
