If you're like me and you hate water, drink it with a twist of lemon or lime. Honey is another way to sweeten the taste of the water, so do that if you have to. The important thing is to drink, drink, drink!
Eat Smaller Portions.
Many people who want to know how to lose 10 pounds quickly neglect this little trick. Rather than eating three large meals, eat 6 meals a day! That's right, you need to eat 6 meals a day. The thing is, they need to be much smaller portions than normal.
A good idea of size is about 1 to 2 ounces of lean meat and 1/2 cup of some great veggie like spinach or some other sort of green. That'll do the trick to help you slim down for the hot date with that hunk.
But don't go cutting back on food so much that you starve your body! All you're doing is reducing the portions and eating more often. Oh, and drinking all that water.
