For many of us, learning stops when we graduate from college (or leave school at any point of our lives) and there is a very good reason for this. We have had enough of learning and often wish we could burn the textbooks and maim teachers when we have finally received our paper qualifications and are well on our way to our careers. More often than not we come upon grave disappointment at our new found liberty as we realise there is more learning to be done. They were not kidding when they said that learning is a life long journey, and in life, it can be a very long one indeed.
So what do you do when you are faced with new information to absorb, new skills to grasp and new knowledge to master? Can you muster up the brain cells necessary to start absorbing the information and implementing them or are you at your wits end, unable to take in anymore? Your cup is full and it is about to overrun.
Well this is something that has been affecting many of us since the dawn of time. While learning is very important, many of us don't like learning new things, because it causes a strain on the mind and gives us a headache. Most of us have had enough of this in school and want no part of it anymore, but often; we are left without a choice so we have to grit our teeth and charge ahead in the journey of re-learning the methods of, well, learning. There is no way around it.
But what if there was a way that you could tap into the power of the mind's almost photographic memory and learn and absorb memory even while you sleep. Science has proven that the mind's memory banks are near limitless, and there isn't enough information in our life times that could effectively fill them up. It is like having a trillion terabyte computer at your disposal. This is proven as under hypnosis, subjects can remember, with startling detail, some of the things that they read or experienced as a child, and this proves that the brain has the power to remember and not forget. It is a power we all want to be able to tap into, because in truth, even while you sleep, the mind stores information, compartmentalises them into neat packages and slides them away for easy reference.
The problem here is that we have not trained ourselves to access this information at will, and if you ever heard of people with near photographic memory, they are the select few that have this power. You too can achieve the same with the use of subliminal software, designed specifically to allow you to have the tools necessary to access all the information in your brain. It also accelerates and unlocks the power of the brain to remember and absorb information, even while you sleep. Having this power means that you can learn anything and everything, and you can say you can teach and old dog new tricks. Learn while you sleep, with subliminal software.
Learn While You Sleep
In the way that people get their sleep nowadays, it should not surprise anyone, twenty or thirty years from now, that sleep will become a commodity. In the future, high-stakes game and reality TV shows may even give deep quality sleep as the top prize instead of a few million dollars! Truly, sleep, in its truest form, is getting hard to come by in today's society that is over-stimulated by television, work, and even dangerous drugs.
But before sleep becomes a rarity, why not take a look back at how it used to be. You will learn that getting deep quality sleep is all about getting ready for bed. Remember what your mother used to tell you about getting ready for Mister Sandman? Well, they are actually proven to help you go deep into slumber. So here are a few recaps.
Take A Light Snack
Soldiers are told never to go to war on an empty stomach. Well, it is pretty much the same for sleeping. You can not expect your system to allow you to get a shut eye if your stomach is grumbling, so eat a little just before bed time. But before you aggravate diet and weight loss buffs, take a little emphasis on the phrase light snack. Food rich in tryptophan, a precursor of sleep substance called serotonin, is highly advisable; this includes warm milk or a piece of banana.
Aim For Relaxation
Because of the hustle and bustle during the day, many forget that sleeping is relaxation. It is a way for the body to recharge, so to speak. So, to help you sleep better, you can apply relaxation techniques taught by disciplines like yoga or tai chi just before you hit the bed. Basic breathing exercises and stretches can help you reduce the tension in your muscles; doing so, you also flush out the useless anxieties during the day.
Mental And Emotional Compartmentalization
This may sound fancy, but it simply means not allowing worries about work, school or even family to conquer your sleep at night. You have other times to deal and face the things that give you anxieties; but as soon as you step into your bedroom, you must leave these unhealthy thoughts out of the room.
Treat Sleep As A Ceremony
Believe it or not, everyone is a creature of habit. This means, your mind and your body will always react to stimuli that are established by fixed attitudes. And you can apply this principle in attaining quality sleep. All you have to do is think of sleeping as a ceremony or a ritual where there are pre-arranged steps that will signal your body that it is time to sleep.
Activities like thirty minutes of reading or listening to audiotapes or soaking yourself in a warm bath laced with lavender are excellent ways of signaling your body that the time has come to get some sleep. But whatever you do, always avoid things or activities that will stir up your brain and body. In short, do not play basketball or have a round of paintball shooting just before bedtime.
All these habits can surely get you to sleep as if someone sang you a lullaby. But just like many people out there, there is a good chance that you will wake up in the middle of the night to pee, to shut the window, adjust the blanket, or do whatever it is you need to do. When this happens, you may have difficulty going back to that deep quality sleep. Well, you can always repeat any one or all of the basic principles mentioned above to bring back the sleepiness.
There are also products that can safely help you stop tossing and turning at night. Supplements like Sedamine can help you adjust your sleeping patterns so you do not have to suffer restless nights. For more information about quality sleep, you can visit
