Natural Treatment For Menopause

    View:
For many women, menopause can be both good and bad.  Not having to deal with her monthly cycle can be something of a blessing, but knowing that she will be unable to have children can bring about a sense of sadness even if she wasn't planning on more children.  One thing that most women will agree on is that she can definitely do without the physical symptoms of menopause that follow with it!  Between the hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, muscle ache and tenderness, and the some 30 or more physical problems she'll probably face, any woman many wonder just how she can lessen and even eliminate these problems.  For those who aren't quite ready for hormone replacement therapy, there are some things you can do at home to help you with these common problems associated with this time of life.

Remedies for Calming

Menopause is a physical condition that occurs in the ovaries but also in the adrenal glands, the thyroid, and other areas of the human body as well.  Understanding hormonal changes can help you understand why your body changes the way it does.  These hormonal changes can cause the mood swings and irritability and with using calming herbs and other treatments this can of tremendously help.  St. John's Wort and kava help to calm.  Lavender does as well.

Managing your anger and irritability is another important part of controlling your symptoms of menopause.  Just knowing that you're experiencing mood swings can help; telling yourself that your hormones are causing your levels of anger can help you get it back under control.  While some may see this as being cold comfort, when you realize that this time of life is really what is behind your anger and not the situation at hand, you may be able to put things in proper perspective.

Lifestyle Changes

Keeping yourself as healthy as possible in other areas can help with the issues of this time of life.  Eating right is important to keep your digestive system in order; many women experience indigestion because of their menopause and eating properly will help with this.  It's also important to exercise regularly to keep your muscles free from tension and stiffness.

And remember to treat yourself well during the difficult time of life.  If you have hot flashes, be sure to wear comfortable clothes and don't hesitate to bring a small fan into your place of work or keep some around the house.  If you have mood swings, be sure to schedule some time for yourself so that you can relax and recharge your batteries.  Be sure to get plenty of sleep and don't overextend yourself with responsibilities.  By doing all of this you may not be able to stop menopause altogether but you can definitely lessen the symptoms some.

Soy Isoflavones may ease menopause symptoms for without creating estrogen related problems and may help regulate hormone levels in premenopausal woman.

Natural Treatment For Menopause
The natural treatment for acne comedoniano refers to the holistic approach of treating blackheads and whiteheads. Comedonal acne is characterized by the prominence of both the whiteheads and blackheads. They are mostly found on the forehead and the chin, although they can appear on certain parts of the face and body too.

Comedones occur when skin follicles are clogged with dead skin cells, dirt, and bacteria. Blackheads are termed open comedones, wherein the grime and dirt are exposed. Whiteheads, on the other hand, are closed comedones. Both the grime and dirt are still inside the follicles. Infections and irritation are common to this type of acne. And regardless what type of comedones you develop, you have to do everything to clear your face of it.

There are natural peels that can exfoliate the skin to get rid of these imperfections. Most of them are can also treat large pores, blemishes, pimples, and acne scars. They work by removing the old skin cells that could be present in the face. It also helps remove fine lines, lightens dark spots, and heals sun damage. Try to look for a peel that works perfectly on your type of skin.

Examples of natural treatment for acne comedoniano are evening primrose oil, black currant seed oil, calendula, echinacea, tea tree oil, and goldenseal. Lavender tea and chamomile tea can also help. Herbal extracts from yellow dock, sarsaparilla, cleavers, and burdock can be used to treat comedones.

Another popular way of treating acnes is through the use of green tea. With green tea's natural antioxidants, the toxins inside the body are flushed out easily. It can detoxify the rest of your system for a healthier body.

But more than the things you can use against acne comedoniano, you should also start living a healthy lifestyle. Stop drinking coffees, sodas, and alcoholic beverages. These drinks contain way too much sugar or alcohol that could be harmful to the body. It is better to drink natural fruit juices and healthy teas. Oily, salty, and sugary foods should also be taken out of your diet.

Recommended topical treatments for acne comedoniano are black mud and green clay. You can easily buy these from stores. They are used pretty much like soap too. If you can't find them at a health shop near you, you can use oatmeal instead.

Detoxify your body to get rid of acnes. There are special diets that can start the body's detoxification process. You can also do some colon cleansing therapies while you're at it. The use of natural remedies is recommended because it doesn't pose any health risks and side effects.

As a general rule, you should watch what you eat. This is one way to prevent comedonal acne. But more than that, you should consult with a dermatologist for help. You might want to know the root cause of your acne, as it could also be due to hormonal imbalance. Let the dermatologist help you clear out the impurities of your face for a prettier new you.
