Look, if this is what you're experiencing then you need to get over it. You have to live your life for you, not for others. In other words, don't worry about what someone might think about you. Instead, concentrate on doing what you know you need to do to lose weight and improve your health. If you worry about how others feel about you how will you ever experience true happiness? After all, if you try to do it for everyone else and don't get the response that you're hoping to gain, you might give up and never really see how strong you are.
The bottom line here is that you can achieve your weight loss goals. Don't let some fear of what people might think of you keep you from doing that. And try to think more positively about yourself. Don't keep telling yourself that you're fat and ugly. Such language is counter-productive to growth because it weighs you down with negative anchors and keeps you from moving in the direction that you need to go to achieve the desires of your heart. Instead, tell yourself that you're going to lose weight, and that you are making positive changes in your life. And by all means don't think of yourself as being ugly, because you aren't ugly. Tell yourself that you're beautiful and keep doing this every day!
