There are different reasons of why acne can develop on our bodies, a lot of people think that some foods like chocolate, milk and cheeses are the cause. Certain foods are known to produce acne such as, chocolate, French fries, potato chips, sugar, milk, cheese and others. As I said this can be the cause for some people with acne, but not always.
What you should do instead is consume high proteins, minerals and vitamins that can make your skin healthier and open your pores. Those are a few causes of acne, but what I can tell you certainly, is that if you eat healthy with many fruit, vegetables and water you'll have a pretty skin.
