Quantity Surveyor
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:

- Maintains relationships and takes order of existing customers and secures new customers by calling or visiting and performs any duties assigned by the Director & Marketing.
- Develop new business opportunities.
- Capable of development new leads and corporate database.
- Excellent executive – level presentation and written skills in both English and Mandarin
- Willing to undertake projects & responsibilities beyond its scoop of work.
- Able to perform assigned duties with minimum supervision from from Marketing and Director.
- Provide pre-sales and after – sales services support.
- Works harmoniously with project & Design Department.
- Performance – orientation team player with consistent enthusiasm and commitment to deliver result.
- Experience gained in corporate interior design would be a distinct.

- Planning of market strategy and resources to achieve sales target.
- Oversee the renovation projects including liaise with client, designers & sub-contractors.
- Supervise on site work ensure they are completed in accordance to specification, with timeframe, - quality safety standards are met and within the set budget.
- Knowledge in renovation materials and able to understand floor plan, construction drawings & detailing
- Handing over project independently from inception through completion

Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Minimum three (3) years of relevant working experience, preferably in Interior Design
- Knowledge in Building Contracts and possess a keen eye for details
- Possess strong planning, interpersonal, communication, organization and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently in a fast paced working environment
- Computer literate especially in Microsoft Office and Excel software.
