Project Executive
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:

- To provide professional consultation and site supervision to customers / clients
- To manage projects including project costing, site coordination and supervision
- To maintain the current customer satisfaction.
- Have good network with construction / architecture consultants / contractors.
- Able to coordinate and see through the projects to ensure proper handover within the time frame.


Requirements:

- Technical / Construction background
- Vibrant, A team player
- Passionate in interior design
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Responsible and believe in providing great customer service
- Training & leads provided
- Experience in construction and design in commercial project will be an added advantage
- Singaporean, PR or Malaysian ONLY
- With design flair and able to work independently
- Able to work long and weird hour
- Pleasant attitude, and possess a good level of initiative.
- Fluent in English & Mandarin to converse in work
- Advantage to process own transport or Class 3 driving license. No Transport may be consider
- Willing to hands on in dirty and dusty enviroment.
