Administrative Clerk
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:

- Answering phone calls and provide quality customer service to customers on appointments matters
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Provide support for sales, cordinators and marketings.
- To prepare Quotation, Invoice, G.S.T, and CPF Etc..
- To perform related ad-hoc duties.


Requirements:

- GCE N/O Level with at least 1-2 yrs experience in Customer Services & Administrave Work.
- Proficient in MS Office,especially MS Excel, Words and Power Point.
- Customer service oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well verse in English & Mandarin (to handle Mandarin speaking clients).
- Salary will commensurate with experience.

- Able to start work within short notice will be an added advantage.
