Business Development / Marketing Manager
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:

- You will utilize your creativity, space planning and conceptual skills to develop innovative office designs that accentuate Clients’ corporate image and provide for a pleasant environment to work in.
- Experienced in Interior and Architecture, with an established network
- Implement sales and marketing strategies to acquire new clients
- Make sales call and do business presentation to clients
- Promoting new product services to clients
- Business acumen to develop new markets and customers
- Good social skills and able to communicate at all levels
- Passion and determination to see pitches won
- Proven commitment to customer satisfaction
- Develop new business account
- Taking care of company website updating etc..
- Prepare marketing tools and material
- Prepare company write out.
- Arrange for staff recreation.
- Sending season cards & gifts to clients.
- Follow up with sales department on leads given.
- Planning of company sales target.


Requirements:

- Min O/A levels, diploma holders, degree, ORD personnel 
- Strong presentation skills with an aspiration to build a career
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Only Singaporeans and PRs need apply
- Explore, identify and develop new opportunities
- Sales process, implement strategies, cold call, presenting portfolio, negotiating contracts and closing
- Meet Sales objectives and targets
- Software efficiency in Microsoft office.
- Knowledge in commercial interior design will be added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter, sense of urgency & Initiative.
- Strong written& verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
