As Leaders YOU MUST UNDERSTAND THIS: Your Influence is more powerful than you can ever imagine... NEVER underestimate the Power of your influence... especially in a network marketing business.

How you can create Powerful Influence to lead your teammates?

1. Putting their dreams and desires before yours.

Imagine somebody coming to you, and saying "I have decided to totally focus on your dreams and desires and put them before mine..." Would you faint? Or would you be attracted to that? Obviously most would be attracted to it. If a person senses you have their interests at heart before your own they will work twice as hard and twice as long... as that Influence has Power.

2. Your Energy.

Most successful people in this industry have a high level of Energy, not hype... but real Energy. It can range from intensity to a passion. And that carries a lot of Influence with it, as your teammate is "plugging into" your vision, you must have some Voltage for them to feel and pull from. Energy is the "Magnetism" of a lot of Influence.

3. Integrity.

We all know the importance of character and honesty. Do what you say you are going to do when you say you are going to do it. If you cannot, let them know ... NEVER compromise your Integrity for fleeting Success... it will come back to haunt you... Every time...

4. Consistency.

Be consistent in your words, moods, encouragement, energy, and actions. Consistency is a powerful force and people will be compelled to follow someone they can truly depend on.

5. Believing in people.

Nothing is as magnetic as someone saying the "4 Most Powerful Words... I BELIEVE IN YOU! Do you realize most people never hear those words in their entire life? And if they sense that someone DOES believe in them, they will follow you to the moon! That is creating a profound Influence and a profound impact on their lives. Believe in your teammates.

6. Example.

Simply, do what you say needs to be done yourself... Lead by example as your teammates will be prone to follow your example...Leadership is ALWAYS out front... guiding and navigating the way.

7. Caring.

Don't care about how your teammates can enrich your life; instead care about how you can enrich their lives. If your teammates sense you truly do care about their future, your Influence will be huge.

As you can see, Influence can be a Powerful force in people's lives... but there is also a "Hidden Influence"... it is the Influence that just your "Presence" has and your "Attention" you pay to others. You will find that in a Leadership role, people will come up to you and say... "I really appreciate what you said to me a while back. I cannot tell you how much that helped me!" And honestly, you cannot remember ever saying that but it impacted and influenced their life... and you weren't even aware of it. That will happen a lot in Leadership. God puts us all in each other's lives to impact one another, sometimes in silent ways.

Never underestimate the power of your actions and influence. For better or for worse with one small gesture you can change a person's life!
