To Lose 10 Pounds Fast

Resolved Question: What is the best way for me to lose 100 (or more) pounds by October 2009? I know the obvious answer is diet and exercise, but I'd really appreciate tips and/or guidelines. I don't have the money to join a gym, but I do have an elliptical that I purchased so I can get in shape, as well as one of those yoga balls. Think of your plan as a project, with very specific and regular targets that are met.

Your feeling of self satisfaction will grow as you continue to meet your targets, and it will be easier to set and reach bigger goals.
