when you’re not here   i lie alone in my room    and think about   how great it would be    to hold your hand   just one last time   before the sun   goes down in an orange sky   that I can’t really enjoy    unless t’s with you      we could sneak out   one lonely summer night   and we’d go driving for a while   i’d hold your hand   you’d kiss my lips   we’d fall in love again   after 5 long years   what more?   we’d find a spot   away from light   and watch the sun come up   in an orange sky      and for that moment   we would both be happy    To be with someone    who makes us happy   we’d listen to the morning birds singing   and id squeeze your hand   its time to go   back to reality for me
