For example, try doing forty sit ups in one minute, rather than doing forty sit ups in a day. This will make you do sit ups quickly, which not only burns your belly fat, but also builds up your muscles. After following this, I bet you will get six-packs in addition to losing belly fat fast! If you are up for a challenge, try crunches in place of sit ups. Crunches is basically an exercise where you lift your thighs perpendicular to the ground, and you bend your knees perpendicular to your thighs, and you attempt to do sit ups.
